What we do – with real-world examples
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of persistent or critical failures
A recurring failure in a flowmeter on a cleaning unit was traced back to pulsation interference from a nearby pump. Installing a damper and signal filter eliminated the issue permanently.
- Follow-up and implementation of actions from audits and risk reviews
Following an HSE audit, 12 outstanding actions were identified — ranging from safety valve reinspection to ATEX separation gaps. OPSxPro prioritized actions, updated inspection lists, and coordinated execution and documentation.
- Support during commissioning, ramp-up or handover of new units
During start-up of a new mixing line, OPSxPro supported production with loop tuning, startup procedures, and troubleshooting of temperature fluctuations in a preheater.
- Structured onboarding of operations teams for new or modified installations
For a newly installed CIP system, OPSxPro created visual instruction cards, provided shoulder-to-shoulder training for shift leaders, and developed a simplified start/stop guide.
- Improvement and clarification of operator instructions and procedures
After multiple deviations during product changeovers, OPSxPro revised the SOPs: added valve position cross-checks, a visual checklist, and a simplified work form. Result: zero deviations in the next audit.
- Temporary reinforcement of operations and maintenance during peak load
During a scheduled turnaround, OPSxPro provided a mechanical technician to support the internal team with inspections of heat exchangers, piping, and documentation of LOTO procedures.
